“Wonderful place, friendly staff”

“The host Vivienne is very friendly and passionate even before we arrived in her guest house, her welcoming email and hosting certainly relieved our anxiety about visiting/staying a new place. The room and dining area were so lovely and clean, we loved its comfortable bed and elegant style. Breakfast was fantastic as well. Overall it was a great experience, thank you:)”

“I originally thought it would be a guesthouse quality in terms of cleanliness, but turned out it’s even cleaner than a hotel especially the bathroom. Everything looks new in the bathroom with a lot of towels available and the shower gel, shampoo etc. Reception is very nice and location is near bus stops where you can get to Edinburgh centre quite easily.”

“It's a very nice hotel. It was cold in late November. The room was not heated, so it was very cold. But it has all the facilities. ”

“The location is far away central and we were busy for that day.We had to re-locate our luggage at the bus station due to we had an one day tour for the next day morning but the guest house was closed. So the total price is higher than live in central. And the feelings by is not very well.”

“房間非常大 也有一張餐桌 簡單說就是一房一廳 而且鎖都是密碼鎖不會有卡片弄丟的問題 還有一個簡便廚房你可以有小bar台還能夠自己煮東西吃 另外有附贈燙熨斗的 房間內設備非常齊全 wifi 電視 netflix 交通也算不錯 雖然離市區有一點點距離 但是有一天把衣服放在床上時 客房服務後就把我衣服丟在地上 感覺不是很好”

“女主人还是比较友善的，早餐的蘑菇很好吃。房间设施也还好，出行也还方便，音乐节期间价格都高，平时的价格还比较合理，遗憾的是前面一个客人的体味很重很重，在房间里消散不了，窗外车辆比较多。”

“Excellent breakfast, quiet neighborhood and nice staff. Supermarket is in 5 minutes walking distance. The guesthouse is a little bit far from the station, better take a bus, especially in cold winter or with heavy luggages. The bus stop is just at the front door of the guest house. A few minutes bus ride can bring you to the city center and the railway station.”
