“I accidentally made a reservation at this hotel, not realizing the date on my search had reset and was no longer correct. Within about two minutes of making the reservation, I caught my error and immediately called to cancel. The hotel was completely inflexible and charged me full price for a room that I wouldn't be able to stay in. It was an honest mistake that was caught quickly. I'll think again before staying at a Days Inn.”

“The sheets had hair in them and brown stuff. The shower was not clean. There was no microwave. The breakfast was SUPER cold. The pool was not only cold but not clean. There was water all over the pool floor and hair. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I was not able to check in at 2:30, even though I called a day prior to arriving to ask for an early check in. The lady told me 10 minutes upon arrival but I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for a room. I ended up leaving the next day,……

“A Good Hotel”

“The staff welcoming was fine- he actually helped because I had forgotten a phone cord a he had one I could borrow. We walked into room and the bathroom had tissue or toilet paper on the ground. The beds were hard. The pillows were awful and I slept terribly even though I was exhausted from a very busy day. We arrived for breakfast at least 40 minutes before it ended (which was 9am on a Sunday) and there was almost nothing available. No waffle mix, a few “pastries”, cereal but there was……

“We did not end up staying at this hotel. We were booked into a handicapped room, which I specifically did not select and there was nothing else available. The hotel room that we were assigned smelled like stale urine and the toilet was broken. The public restroom next to the lobby was Out Of Order. The only positive thing about this place was the front desk attendant (this review platform will not allow me to add her name). She was friendly and courteous and she did an excellent job in……

“Room we're dated but clean and served it purpose of a one night stay. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage and waffles. ”

“We had a great stay at Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Monticello, Iowa. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and had ample parking. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, and the beds and pillows made for a great night's sleep. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice way to start the morning before getting back on the road. One thing to note for future guests is that the hotel has only two floors……

“The room was small, even though there were only two of us … but we knew that before booking. We chose this hotel because of its competitive price and its location. The bed was comfortable and the room, halls and grounds were clean. Initially we were concerned about noise as a large sounding dog was barking every time we passed by it’s room, and we could hear voices in the adjoining room.
