“Great location. Functional space. Furniture set up was different than showed and a little wonky. ”

“Our stay was good and we appreciated the host’s communication! We had enough room for the 3 of us. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The garbage collection occurred on one of the mornings of our stay and it was quite loud and woke us up an hour earlier than we would’ve wanted but that’s not something the host can control of course.”

“Property is listed as new, its anything but that. Everything is from scratch and dent places,bedding was so nasty and contacted host, who told me to contact vrbo. That was a disaster, they gave us back 65 cleaning fee. Wasn't even a place to wash the bed sheets at. Save your money and book a nicer place. Don't even get me started on the parking situation in this area, drive around for an hour before we could find a spot to park. Bedroom doors dont shut or lock, my kids put a chair and broom up……

“Locations was at narrow street, no parking allowed or available at there parking , offered to park at public parking away from the hotel is very bad and not safety for seniors like us easy to steel our car worth over $60 k Honda hybrid suv new at time we done this deal we didn’t got complete finished only took the money we thought is every thing is done before we reach the town we forced to go to other hotel Holiday Inn because unsafe parking and we have to walk to that hotel (Queen) no office……

“Description and photos set appropriate expectations. Yes, there is an elevated train outside the door. Did it bother us? No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated. Only……

“We had a great experience. Qi was very helpful and kind. The place was in a wonderful location with lots to do in walking distance, we didn’t drive all weekend! The only thing was I wish the tv was in the bedroom, but it was okay, it gave us an opportunity to not be on our screens. Would 10/10 come back and recommend! Thanks Qi!!”

The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The host was communicative and very responsive when I had a question.
