Excellent location

The apartment was in a great place to access Belem, Lisbon and the surrounding area with buses, trams and trains literally on the doorstop. There were great views and it was a comfortable place to stay - if you don't mind a few steep stairs!

Loved the apartment - perfect for a family of four. Beautiful exposure and views of the Tagus. Easy walk to the monastery of St Jerome, Belem Tower and museum of coaches. Very quiet at night and great restaurant around the corner (O Frade).

We were very impressed with the apartment - we had booked a different one but could not move in due to a collapsed ceiling. This apartment had everything - brilliant location close to the bus and tram stop, proximity to Belem. The living room was phantastic, very nicely furnished and spacious, two bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom.

Nice Apartment Overall

Overall, this was a nice apartment, in a nice neighborhood. There wasn't a ton of street noise. Construction noise from next door wasn't an issue, because we were not in the house during the day. My only complaint is how noisy the floorboards are. You can't get up in the middle of the night without waking everyone up just by walking over creaky floorboards, or opening the screaching bathroom door hinges. The bathroom is not convenient to the loft bedroom, and the stairs are very steep, so you need to fully wake up to safely move about this apartment. They also didn't provide toilet paper, which was a bit cheap and rude for how much you're spending on the apartment. No one wants to stop their vacation to go track down toilet tissue.

Construction work

It was a great stay except for the cement truck in front of the door most everyday. Construction work being done next door and woke us up.
