Great holiday!

Property was great, clean and tidy and offered everything we would expect from such a place. great views of the beach and sun all day at the back of the property. Carlos was a very good host and we could contact anytime over our stay. Pool was good and the kids were in every day, they loved it . best beach is in Peniche so recommend you try that . Local beach is better for surfers. places to visit on your stay , Obidos, boat trips from Peniche , Sintra, Overall very happy with the property and had a great time.

Extremely clean and well equipped home with ocean views.

We had the most fabulous time staying in this home. We were provided a crib and high chair for my small child. The pool was the most perfect size. The home was immaculate fresh and clean. All the essential cooking supplies and high end appliances. Cooked many meals but also visited many local restaurants and we were never disappointment. Carlos was so wonderful and informative. Cannot wait to return to Praia Da Areia Branca !

Spectacular Property in the Perfect Beach Town

What a great place! The Casas Arriba have one of the best views in town while still walkable to beach and restaurants. Literally wake up and check the surf out your bedroom window. The house is very spacious, extremely well equipped, and stylish. Pool, bbq, bikes, pool table, tons of books, etc The town has everything you could want with a spectacular main beach (and easily accessible more secluded options as well) backed by great beach bars and restaurants with views. Very good surf for beginners to intermediate level and several friendly surf rental companies are right off the beach in town. There is a Lidl and an Intermarche 5 minutes away for groceries. Carlos made everything every easy meeting us in person on check-in and check-out and he was helpful when trying to find some medical help on a Sunday. We didn't want to leave. Highly reccomend

Absolutely stunning property! very well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Carlos is the perfect host who went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic holiday, without a doubt the best host we have ever had! Loved being able to take short 10 min walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. Good attractions for young kids, ours are teenagers who enjoyed the surfing. Great location to explore - Óbidos is beautiful, Nazaré and Peniche great. Highly recommend this place - 10/10!

Fantastic PAB stay

Well appointed home with excellent sea views. We are frequent travellers to Portugal - Praia da Areia Branca in particular. We have rented many homes in town. This was amongst the best. Very gracious and available host.

Amazing Villa!

This villa really is as great as it looks! I could not fault a thing. So much space here, really nicely furnished, comfortable beds, impeccably clean, wonderful views and great pool area. So much is also provided here, like beach towels, music and many essential food items. This is a great base in a quiet location within easy walking distance to a choice of restaurants, bars and the beach. So much to see by car also within easy reach to Óbidos, Sintra, Lisbon, Berlengas island and Nazare to name afew! Carlos was a very friendly and helpful host, making sure we enjoyed our time there and had everything we needed. I would definitely return and highly recommend! Thank you Carlos and Tina 😊

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful holiday in Praia da Areia Branca. This was our first holiday on the Atlantic Coast of Portugal - the climate is lovely, hot and sunny with a good mix of cooling sea breezes and cloudy breaks. The house is modern, luxurious, with all the expected extras like good showers, en suite, air con, laundry room, good TV and coffee machine. Beautiful view of the coast. Small but good pool, plenty of sun loungers. The village is a surf town with some good restaurants (top pick is Salty Bar for excellent service, atmosphere, good food and amazing sunsets, and 100 Pragus White Sands Club for the best fish and local fare - much better than overrated neighbour Foz!). Top tip: don't book your car in Lisbon airport- get taxi transfer to the house and book with locals Praia da Areia Branca car hire - much cheaper and you need a car as the supermarket is 3km, although there is a spar with basics 10mins walk. All restaurants 10min walk, medium uphil on the way home...worth it for the views! Recommend visiting beautiful towns of Obidos and Sintra, and for kids the local DinoKart gokarting was a real highlight. The beaches in Praia da Areia Branca are wild - good for surfing but a little dangerous for swimming. Carlos was so helpful and kind. We highly recommend visiting! We hope to return.

Super location in stunning villa with ocean views

We loved the proximity to local restaurants which we walked to each night. The villa was immaculate and well equipped with beautiful views of the ocean. We used it as a base to explore the region and found Carlos to be extremely helpful.

We stayed for 9 nights. The property is really nice and spacious. It is walking distance to the beach with lots of daily activities and nightlife. There was an issue with the pool pump and Carlos fixed it promptly. Overall excellent property and management.

Great accommodation and very obliging service.

The house is beautiful and has a nice view over the city-center and the beach only 10-15 minutes away by feet (there’s also another unattended beach only 7-8 minutes away). Carlos gave us a very warm welcome and was a perfect host providing a very obliging service when we had any issues (eg. with the pool-pump & filter). Also the facilities in the rooms and even the kitchen were perfect - “cook like home” if you want. Unfortunately there were some construction works around (three at the time, one at the house next to us) which disturbed the silent situation (therefore only 4 of 5 stars over all). But over all a great experience!
