The Byre at Olde Pensipple Holiday Cottages
Self catering holiday cottage.
One in a complex of five.
Please make sure you enter the right number of adults, children and pets in order to get the correct quote.
Owners on site always willing to help if we can and just as willing to leave you in peace. Stone barn conversion set in a secluded location, 9 acres set in a green and pleasant valley. Ample parking next to the cottages. Utility room with washing machine. Cottages set around courtyard. Access to grounds for dog walking and ambling. TV and Freeview, DVD player, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer in all of the cottages.
The Byre comprises of separate kitchen, dining/lounge. One double bedroom and futon sofa bed in the lounge. Shower and toilet room.
Dogs welcome but only one per booking and must be attended at all times. £20 extra per week.
There is a £12 laundry fee for a two person party that requires linen for the sofa bed.
If you are looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful with plenty to do nearby then Olde Pensipple is the place for you.

Very peaceful location
Michael and his partner were very helpful , nothing was to much trouble , lovely peaceful location . And to hear the Choir rehearsing in the nearby barn was very therapeutic , wonderful time

Lovely house in a beautiful location
We had such an amazing holiday in Cornwall and staying at Olde Pensipple Holiday Cottages.The cottage has everything you need for a break away from home.It is in a lovely ,nice and quiet location.Would certainly recommend.

First class home from home
The cottage was clean, spacious with a nice country feel about it. The kitchen has everything you need, although we didn't do any cooking. The shower was hot and the bed was very comfortable. The wifi worked fine.
The area is in the country and nice and quiet.
It is a real gem with everything you need, nice and relaxing and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Very clean, nice place left alone to enjoy the peace and quite.
Tho whole experience was very nice, very clean. location very nice. Access a little bit tight about a 5 minutes drive down single track lane with very few passing places. Not for the novice driver.

Stunning location...spotless cottage...beautiful
Will definitely be returning. Arrival was smooth and the owner was so friendly. A beautiful cottage that had everything we needed. The shower was amazing with hot water every time! Stunning views and not far from Seaton which has a dog friendly beach. Also Looe is nearby which has an abundance of gift shops! We recommend visiting Lizard...it's beautiful. We stayed for five nights but wished we had booked for longer!

If you enjoy peace and quiet and birdsong without total isolation, this location will suit you.
Probably the most scrupulously clean self-catering property we have ever stayed in. Michael met us, explained the basics but said to ask at his house if there were any further questions. There were none. Everything you needed was provided. We were left alone to enjoy the peace of the Cornish Countryside and we certainly did. The cottages are set well off the beaten track, down sunken single track lanes but we never met another vehicle coming towards us. The Courtyard provides excellent space to BBQ or just sit and watch the stars. The property is located convenient for many local attractions although Looe, Polperro, Perranporth and St Ives were very crowded during the summer holidays. There wee also very active local attractions which were a bit beyond us but certaily enjoyed by others we spoke to. If you have any interest in gardens, don't miss the Lost Gardens of Heligan - absolutely fantastic and interesting for adults and kids (don't miss the Lost Summer).
We thoroughly recommend Olde Pensipple
