“Property was right on the beach., which was awesome!
Very large but very well laid out . Never felt crowded. Many pools to choose from & beach loungers all had umbrellas & were very comfortable .
Pool towel service needs improvement.
Have to pick up towels at the spa .
3x during our stay there were no towels available. For the caliber of hotel clean beach towels should have been provided in the room daily.
Bathroom lacked towel racks or sufficient hooks ( only 2_for bath towels). Hand towels……

“We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice……

“Wir reisen wirklich sehr viel aber diese Unterkunft ist eine der besten, die wir in den vergangenen Jahren gesehen haben. Alle Bereiche sind super sauber und hochwertig gestaltet. Die Dachterrasse und der obere Pool sind ein Traum. Der Strand beginnt direkt außerhalb des Hotelgeländes. In der Straße des Hotels gibt es auch ein echt tolles Restaurant. Klare Empfehlung!”

“The room was super clean and the staff were always helpful and joyous. The location is great with a beach on the other side of the road and a short car trip to Old Town. Food was surprisingly good, we chose to eat there a couple of nights.”
