“Stayed in superior room, overall fine. Beds & pillows are worn out, TV was analog, Nespresso coffee maker in room & free in lobby. Beach, bars & activities were great. There is a free bus service daily at 9 am to the grocery store or it can be ordered for you. Use the resort App or WhatsApp for requests. The free wifi was ok. Bring bug spray !”

“Loekie is the best hostess. So warm and helpfull.
Don't mis the home made breakfast, made fresh every morning.

“A beautiful hotel with a great ambience, featuring rooms that are well positioned to face the pool area and offer lovely ocean views. The staff were friendly, and the room itself was clean and comfortable.
On the downside, the food was just average and could definitely be improved. There are a number of nearby restaurants perhaps I was unlucky where and when I had my meal.
I also experienced a delay on arrival, having to wait nearly 30 minutes as my room was still being prepared.”

“El personal fue súper amable, estaban dispuestos a ayudar en todo, muy serviciales. La piscina estaba disponible lo cual nos agradó mucho. Desayuno delicioso. Las instalaciones del hotel eran una experiencia distinta, nos encantó estar cerca de los animales. A pesar de que el hotel es un poco alejado de todas playas, tener un carro nos ayudó mucho y teníamos parqueadero incluido ”

“Beautiful property that’s clearly well cared for—everything felt clean, fresh, and inviting from the moment we arrived. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile or a quick assist.
The snorkeling was a highlight—crystal-clear water and plenty to see just steps away. Having the pools, hot tub, and ocean all in one place made it easy to relax or switch things up throughout the day without going far.
