「This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience 」

「The property is great. The amenities are quality- nothing is cheap… kitchen is stocked & utensils are not flimsy- bedding is nice. Some good touches like under mount lighting in the bathroom that comes on as you walk in- the temperature is easy to keep constant (which is rare in units) it’s very walkable and the parking is easy ($60 per night). The one thing that didn't work was the surprise $13. parking fee that was not included in the hotel cost. This is a hotel with its own parking lot. I have never paid a parking fee when staying at such a place and don't intend to again. It's not about the money, but the sleazy way they extracted another fee.」
