But the actual rooms leave much to be desired - they are very dated but mostly clean (except for the carpet and sofa - eeww) ...

Wonderful staff both with front end staff and the cleaning crew all were such a pleasure to be around. Property is super clean and relaxing the little short 2 min walk down to the creek makes it even better. Would definitely recommend for someone to get a nice get away from phx speed of life
