Relax and recharge in this quiet community in Little River only 5 - 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of North Myrtle Beach and Cherry Grove Beach. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink on the screened in porch overlooking the intracoastal waterway. Take in the beautiful views after a day of fishing, golfing, kayaking or sunbathing on the beach. With a short 15 minute drive to Barefoot Landing and 30 minutes to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, there is something for everyone! This is a pet and smoke free 3rd floor condo.

Enjoyable water view

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 week stay at the Waterfront Condo. It was clean and had everything that we needed. We loved spending time out on the screened porch and not only watching the boats go by but we also saw dolphin, many types of birds, fish jumping, a turtle and even saw Otters come through.

The place was the perfect size & had everything we needed. It was a good location to numerous different areas in northern SC and southern NC. We had a package delivering issue and the host was very helpful to solving it as best they could! The screened in balcony was a wonderful place to relax after a long day.
