“Pretty nice hotel”

“We stayed here one night as we traveled to vacation destination. We liked our stay so well that we stayed here on our return trip also. Staff is courteous and proficient. Hotel is located near numerous nice restaurants and extensive shopping, as well as easy access to interstate highways. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the climate control efficient. When we travel through Little Rock we plan to stay here again. ”

“I booked and paid for a room with two queen beds, but on arrival I was told that room “wasn’t ready” and was offered a completely different room with only one bed instead. When I went back to the front desk to get this fixed, they moved me again but put me in a room with two double beds, not the two queens I reserved and paid for. On top of the bait‑and‑switch on room type, the bathroom had dried urine on the toilet seat on arrival, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a……

“We had originally reserved a room with two queen beds and a pull out bed. Once we received our room keys, we went up to the room and found all of the furniture disassembled and nothing in place. We notified the front desk, and they quickly tried to remedy the situation. Unfortunately the only solution they had was to split us up into two different rooms. As a family of 5 with 3 young children, this was not an ideal situation. I do believe the worker at the front desk did his best to remedy the……
