「Service was very slow at breakfast in the restaurant, even though there were only two other couples dining.」

「We had a lot of communication with the host before and after arrival. The Haus was lovely, quaint and just what we needed to get away from the usual chain hotels. The Haus was clean and very comfortable and had a good range of amenities. The view at sunset was great and we enjoyed sitting on the veranda. We did not use the kitchen facilities, although they appeared more the adequate. All in all this is a lovely hideaway and well worth a visit if you are driving the Blue Ridge Parkway.」

「The room was not clean to satisfaction, The bathroom floor was really nasty, no phone in the room to contact front desk, no hot water in sink, and the shower was not working properly. When you got up off the bed it made a strange noise, This is a terrible place to stay i would not recommend it to anyone!」
