Guests will have access to the whole apartment.
Other things to note
A copy of our terms and conditions must be signed before check-in. The lead guest (the person making the booking) will also be requested to provide Official Government ID. Check-in details will not be released unless these requirements are met. One set of keys will be provided.
No excessive noise between 10 pm - 8 am.
The lead guest must be 21 or over and will be responsible for the behaviour of all guests
Note: This property has a noise detection device installed to monitor only the noise decibel levels in the property to respect our neighbours. If excessive noise is repeatedly detected, it may result in termination of the booking without a refund. We receive notifications from our exterior camera 24/7. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorised parties, illegal behaviour and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. The camera is located outside the front door of the property, and it records the pavement, the entrance to the front door and the lockbox.
