Central. Perfect for groups of friends.

This apartment would be perfect for people wanting to experience the city of Liverpool. So central. Walking distance to everything. Groups of friends wanting a good time. As a business traveller it wasn't what I was looking for. Decor is nice, still very new. Bed comfy. Lots of space - I was upgraded to a 2 bed apartment. Parking very challenging. No blinds or curtains on the very large windows. Quite hot - no aircon. Noisy as bar puts out bottles early in the morning. No ironing board in apartment.

Nice location and comfy bed.

FYI: this is for appartment number 14: +Great location +Comfy bed +Nice kitchen and livingroom, though the couch could have been a tad larger. -Terrible noise insulation, there was a noisy nightclub on the other side of the street we could hear every night, in addition to this the we could hear kids from the appartment above running around. -The shower only had hot water coming out of it, the tap did not mix with cold water. I reported this to the manager, but she just got ignorant and told me I was just it the wrong way!!! It was clear she knew about this. I even met the cleaning crew in the hallway and they knew about this problem.

Ideal apartment in the right place

Great little apartment in a excellent location. Booking team was really helpful as well. A bit noisy at times but I think that's more due to the central location

Lovely apartment

One night stay at Union bank apartments. Communication from owners was excellent from booking to leaving. Apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious with a huge bed. Fully equipped kitchen, with tea, coffee etc. Our apartment had a shower which was amazing, also large. There is a lift to all floors, which you don't always get in older buildings. An added benefit for us was a security guard on Friday & Saturday night. Fairly central with lots of bars & restaurants nearby. The cavern club & Liverpool One only a 5 minute walk away. The only negative was the building work going on next to the apartments, but in all honesty, we never heard any noise Will definitely be going back & would recommend.

Excellent location. The property was difficult to get to due to road closures and property work. There were a few small issues with the couch being stained but comfortable, we couldn’t get to plug in the bath to stick so the bath was unusable, and the complimentary coffee and sugar were old, hard and stale. Overall the apartment was nice and did the job. Communication with admin was really good!

Its clean, was impressed with the conditions. Stove, dishwasher, washing machine, heaters, tv made available. The toilet was clean & theres a jacuzzi 😀. We asked for triple room & was given a king bed, awesome. Liverpool one shopping was just a walking distance. We will return in future when we visit Liverpool. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one😊🌹

Fantastic.

Apartment was fantastic. Expectations were most certainly exceeded. Laura the manager was great help and even though it’s not manned she was very quick to reply. Only negative was noise from the building works outside.
