“Amazing stay here! Outstanding service from hotel staff. Location in Racine is extremely convenient in the middle of downtown within short walking distance to the lakefront (<10 mins). Very close also to north beach area (short drive or 20 min walk). Clean modern hotel with rooftop bar with great view of the lake. Will definitely be back!”

“The stay was fine. Rooms mostly clean. Lots of loud visitors, had to ask front desk to visit floor above to stop making so much noise. Breakfast was ok, but no staff to clean tables or coffee station. I cleaned up 2 tables, and spilled coffee myself, as there was no staff in sight to ask.”

“This hotel has noticeably declined since the transition from Marriott to Best Western management. Upon entering our room, pieces of a corner wall were falling off, reflecting the poor condition and lack of maintenance throughout the property. The staff appeared poorly trained, and there was a clear lack of communication and professionalism. No employees wore name badges, making it impossible to identify staff members. More concerning, there was no apparent verification of identification during……

“This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at EVER! When you arrive we were greeted by Becca and the lobby was cleaned and huge. It was decorated so well, charging ports on the tables and separate room to gather if you want a little privacy in the lobby. The elevators were clean, ice machine was spotless and our rooms were also spotless. ❤️”

“I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. The front desk had to use a makeshift wire and string to feed under……
