“Great hotel!”

“This place needs a serious update. Our shower had rust all along the bottom. Sink was dirty and had hair in it. Toilet kept running. There was a bug crawling on the nightstand. Elevator was not working…. The list goes on. I would not recommend this place unless they hired some more help & underwent a remodel.”

“Our room was damp & smelled of mold. Water damage/mold evident in room & hallway. Bedding was damp. Carpet was damp & FILTHY. My daughters feet were BLACK & gritty after walking from shower to bed. No coffee cups in rm or coffee service area, just stryo condiment cups. Bathroom faucet was leaky, closet door handle broken. No extra TP. At checkout no Manager available, desk clerk offered some excuses, said no biz cards available so i could contact her manager. I rarely leave reviews of any sort……

“One can tell someone did a lot of work on the hotel, but major issues remain! Cockroaches in the room, the smoke detector hanging by its wires, the sink falling out of its counter, the toilet rocking, a roll of toilet paper with only enough on it for one use and no spare, gunk on the wall by the bed, the TV difficult to see cause it is somehow being converted to an analog signal before being distributed, tiny towels that one can barely dry oneself with it. The mattress and the sheets were……

“When i arrived at the hotel it was pouring rain, doors were locked and a lady sat at the desk on her phone. I rang the bell several times and she didnt even acknowledge my presence. After approximately 5 minutes she finally did come to window. At checkout at 11:00am, i went to office to turn room keys in and check out, again door locked, no one ever came to door or window so i had to leave key on window edge. Also i had call the office for Wi-Fi password however i was never able to get on wifi. ……
