"Recommended! I stayed at the Moxy one night and was very pleased with my choice. It’s an easy walk (even with bags) from the airport terminal. My room was ready early so I was able to check in and get settled. The lobby has a wonderful book theme to the decor so I felt right at home.
My single-bed room was small but perfectly adequate for a solo traveler and immaculately clean. The bathroom was also small but not so much that it wasn’t workable. The floor of the shower was a little slippery, but the bathroom was again very clean and the provided products filled and neatly arranged.
The real star of the Moxy is its staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving a wonderful welcome to a traveler from far away.
The city’s airport bus stops just outside the hotel, allowing for a reasonably priced and quick ride into Edinburgh to visit the city during your stay.
I enjoyed a pizza and drink at dinner in the bar/dining area in the evening, and there was a decent variety of hot and cold options for breakfast in the morning. Checkout was quick and easy, and again, a quick walk back to the airport."
