“The pictures on booking do not match the actual motel not hotel. The room spell like smoke when i was supposedly in a non smoking room. It did not have a great variety of food for breakfast. The kitchen staff could not even speak English. ”

“The breakfast menu was fresh and the staff was wonderful.”

“Everything was wonderful, it rained really hard and the bathroom ceiling leaked. It didn't last long and I just wanted them to know so no one slipped in there because the floor was wet.”

“Decent hotel stay”

“this is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was the reason why I came back the second time but I stayed in room 300 and for the most part it was clean but I noticed in my shower, there was a bar of soap left in there as if the shower wasn’t cleaned. there was also a roll of toilet paper in the corner of the bed under the nightstand. not sure why but nonetheless, the room was decent. ”

“Hotel was clean, staff friendly, i would have liked to have had our beds made daily, but i didn't request it, im sure had i asked they would have. They did give us fresh towels etc when needed. Would definitely stay again. ”

“bed was so hight I could not get in it. I would up stepping up on my suitcase. The front desk had no idea how to help getting in and out for the bathroom was a hassle. I recommend having a stool to help short people . the staff was nice but did not have a solution. ”

“In the pictures this hotel has a pool but when you get there there's no pool they filled the pool in which was the whole reason I booked it was to go swimming straight garbage and staff refuse to give me a refund even though I didn't want to stay there because there was no pool. And the vending machine tries to charge you $3.10 for a drink that's outrageous”

“Love the Hampton Inn. Can’t beat the breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff. Always our go-to. ”

“this was one of the cleanest and welcoming places we have stayed, very pet welcoming as well, room and staff had everything we needed”
