“Awesome Place but I’m not a fan of the “extra fees”. It’s better if they just listed it at the price per night. Still a great location and a very nice place.”

“Had my sister and her husband join me and my wife for a LSU baseball game and it was absolutely perfect for the four of us. Place was clean and well equipped for our needs. We will definitely check the availability for future LSU games or events in Baton Rouge.”

“We came for the LSU/Arkansas football game. The unit was perfect for our stay. It was walking distance to the downtown activities and easy driving to the stadium. Paul, the unit manager, was super easy to work with. We will definately rent this unit again for future trips.”

“The security and location of this condo was excellent. Overall our stay was pleasant, and the property manager was very helpful and easy to reach by email only. We addressed a few concerns about the property and they quickly responded to our request. The bedding was excellent and the beds very comfortable. It is conveniently located on the ground floor with a patio door that accesses the parking lot. Be sure and get the reserved parking space directly in front of the unit. It's a game changer……

“My daughter was playing in a soccer tournament in Baton Rouge that could last anywhere from 3 to 7 days. We opted to not do a hotel. This condo was perfect and about a 7 minute drive to the field. It was great! Host were hands down the BEST! Very easy to communicate with and very flexible with check in and check out times. Will for sure stay here again.”

“We were attending an event at Raising Cane's Rivercenter and wanted to be somewhere that we didn't have to worry about driving through traffic or paying parking fees. This location is PERFECT. We walked to the riverfront for sightseeing, walked to PJs Coffee and were able to walk to the event center (all less than 10 minutes walk). That being said - there were some events at night that brought a lot of traffic. People were outside "pre-gaming" and hanging out. I don't know if I would go……

“The condo was perfect for our LSU alumni reunion. The rooms were perfect and the common space gave us the chance to catch up and visit. It was furnished beautifully and very comfortable. We will stay here again!”

“The unit was well decorated and in a good location close to everything. Figuring out which unit it was and where to park was a bit challenging since we arrived at night. The shower was old, and not great and the stove was ancient. Other than that it was well equipped and well furnished”

“Came in for a graduation without a car. Was the perfect walking distance to town so we didn’t have to rely on others for all our meals. Apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient.”

“Location was perfect, we were in town for a volleyball tournament and were able to walk. Our stay was good, we werent there much at all. I would stay again for a short trip, probably not more than a couple of days though. I think the place definitely could use a good deep clean.”

“Beautiful property as pictured. Nice,clean and quiet.”

“Property was clean and orderly. We were very comfortable. I did walk barefoot in the master bedroom on the carpet and felt what I thought might have been dried wax. I did ask management about a coffee machine and I was told there was a Keurig machine. I brought my supplies for that. No Keurig machine. Just a little bummed out.”

“It was just perfect for our group. My son got married in Saint Francesville and we stayed at the Drake. It was a great place to relax in between events. The only complaint was the bbq pit needs to be replaced but other than that we had a awesome time and would definitely return.”
