「We loved the property but it is not worth the price! The arrival and check in process is clumsy at best and there is ZERO information in the many emails and messages received from the property. I was having to call or message about WiFi, how to operate the AC units, where was this and where was that because NO information was shared in all the emails and messages and there was NO information in the unit. On top of this, Waze sent us to the wrong place but we could see the property and...

However, the big disappointment is that the shower drain did not drain properly and the shower floor would fill and flood into the bathroom within about 5 minutes in the shower. To me, this is just about as bad as staying somewhere that the toilet doesn’t work in. To stay in a place this nice, the expectation would be that at least those basic necessities work flawlessly. Very disappointing and I’m not so sure that I would stay there again.」

We had to call VRBO customer service to help us get into the property. After about 45 minutes sitting at the gate we were finally able to get in contact with the host who gave us the updated gate code. 」
