“This is such a lovely place and we had a wonderful time, staying in a junior suite with our 5mo old baby. Staff are helpful, the food was lovely, and the building and surroundings are peaceful and stunning.
Just a couple of things to note if you’re planning on staying in a junior suite here, which made it a 4 rather than 5 star review:
1) they don’t allow any cooking nor do they provide anything other than one very small saucepan and crockery, despite advertising the suite as having a hob and……

“Das ist mit Abstand das schlimmste Hotel, das ich jemals besucht habe.
Ich habe wirklich keine hohen Ansprüche an Hotels, aber dieses Zimmer hat mich an den Punkt gebracht, an dem ich am liebsten direkt wieder nach Hause geflogen wäre.
Das Zimmer lag direkt zur Straße und es war so laut, als würde man praktisch auf der Straße schlafen. Ich habe keine Nacht wirklich durchschlafen können.
Auch die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig: Flecken auf dem Boden und an den Wänden, eine Spinne im……

“Das Frühstück und Abendessen war für den Preis echt gut und vielseitig. Die Zimmer und das ganze Haus sehr sehr hellhörig! Viele Partygäste, vorallem nachts sehr laut. Richtig schlafen ohne Lärm erst in den frühen Morgenstunden ab drei/ vier Uhr möglich. Es wird nichts vom Hotel aus dagegen unternommen. Die Partygänger können nachts laut rumschreien - es interessiert nicht.
Personal ansonsten nett und hilfsbereit.”

“It was a first time booking through Expedia and all was very efficient.
The hotel was good, it has all I needed and more. Clean room, private bathroom, balcony, pool (haven’t used tbh I prefer the sea, but it was very well maintained and area kept clean.
The staff was super helpful and reception works 24/7 so they are available in case of any emergencies.
I red online that people had problem with ants, I kept some food on the top
like bread and cheese but haven’t noticed any ants at all.……

“Mucho bueno que decir. Primero, el Staff me trató super bien!! Segundo; lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso. Tercero; localización. A 3 minutos caminando la parada del autobus para todo lugar, inclusive el aereopuerto. Es prácticamente, el ultimo hotel de la Riviera de Palma y esta a 6 minutos, caminando, de la playa.
