「The room, though on the small side, was clean and adequately equipped although a dirty cup was left on day 2 and tissues not replaced. The evening meals were tasty, although service was rather chaotic. There did not seem to be sufficient glassware and cutlery to service numbers on site. Breakfast on the second day was dreadful. 「The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent.
