"We had an excellent 5-night stay at the Anantara. Room very spacious and comfortable, Service levels excellent, breakfast at the New York Cafe was superb. Well-positioned, at City Centre with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, near a metro and about 20 minutes' walk to the Danube River."

"I had a disappointing and somewhat unsafe experience during my stay. The shower floor was extremely slippery, which caused me to fall twice. I requested a shower mat from the front desk on two separate occasions, and each time I was told someone would bring it, but it never arrived. This lack of follow-through was frustrating and concerning, especially given the safety risk. On a more positive note, the breakfast was acceptable, but the options were limited and not very healthy. Overall, the lack of response from staff regarding a basic safety request significantly impacted my stay. I hope the hotel improves both its responsiveness and guest safety measures."
