“櫃檯服務態度極差， 選擇此酒店原因是因為入住時間8至14， 我8點已到，但接代員卻說沒有房， 又說入住時間是1400，但網站確實是寫8至14,最後還是按排了其他房給我們， ，接代人員態度相當差，完全不是4星酒店應有嘅服務態度,”

“I loved everything about this hotel. Location, parking, historic perspective, and cleanliness. I would definitely stay there again. ”

“It was just a brief stopover en-route to the ferry port but the stay was very enjoyable. ”

“Rooms were modern and clean. Located 5 mins walk from old town where there were a ton of restaurants and tapas bar. Staff was helpful and friendly. Big public carpark nearby even if the hotel carpark is full. ”

“A nice hotel, was a monastery. Grounds very pleasant. Rooms very comfy. After a long drive i found the bar ,not working, but the reception did get me a very nice beer. Which we drank in the garden. The restaurant was also not working. But a 10 minute walk we found a real nice restaurant serving local food. In all there must have been a reason for the not working, which shouldn't take any thing away from a very nice hotel, would stay again. .”
