“I booked this hotel for 3/14-3/15 and somehow there was a glitch in the system and it booked it for 3/12 which I was in a totally different state. Expedia is saying even though it was a glitch on their system they have to ask the hotel for a refund. I have called the hotel and spoke with dev and Jay and they both said they approved the refund. Expedia is telling me they still didn’t that I’m being lied to and I never got to stay there that day because I was in Oklahoma not in Texas. I never……

“Restroom not cleaned as expected ”

“Host was very responsive. Home was clean and adequately supplied.”

“The rooms were very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was great for cooking and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. We didn’t bring any pets or children ”

“The host was very welcoming. The facility was okay, very decorative; however there are so many decorative things, that there is no room to put your necessities with an a reach. The same problem in the bathroom, no space by the sink. We were expecting a fully equipped kitchen, as my husband likes to cook. We had to go out to eat daily. The dishes in the pantry were dirty, had to clean the coffee pot because it was dirty. Same thing with the utensils. Very importantly, older and disabled persons……

“Hubs and I had a nice, quiet weekend at this hidden gem of a property. Antler Inn was comfortable and even though the ac struggled (but it was August in Texas and everything suffers). Ceiling fans and two ac fans made things comfortable though. The inn was furnished with antique and lived-in furniture, and again…things were comfortable. The pool was the cool and peaceful oasis I needed, and the reason for our getaway trip. Plenty of shade from mature trees and plantings made for lovely……

“Didn't like the huge crack in the window glass. Didn't like AC rattling all night. Didn't like the large amount of mildew (black and red) in the shower. Refrigerator cooling panel was barely hanging on to the back of the fridge. TV worked in the morning but not at night. Water pressure in shower very inconsistent. Bathroom floor was anything but clean. On the bright side, bed was comfy.”
