"We were recommended this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Had everything we needed including air con which was great as it was a heatwave!! Lovely selection of drinks available. Cold water available by reception too… the club area was lovely and we had a nice meal there and breakfast was superb. We would definitely stay here again :) "

"I’ve stayed in a lots of chain hotels and I’ve got to say this was easily one of the best. The staff were all super friendly but not fake, right from my first phone call where I asked about parking. Rancey was on the desk to welcome us and was very friendly and gave us a great welcome. The rooms were compact but comfortable with a really powerful hot shower…always a must for me! Parking is limited but we arrived around 2:30 so there were plenty of spaces. The location is a little bit out of the way but I would definitely stay here again. "

"Rooms were clean and quiet. Air conditioning in the room was very effective and quiet. Area around the hotel was good with eating and drinking places in close proximity. Approximately 5-10 minutes walk to nearest Tube station, Ealing Broadway. Elizabeth Line gets you to central London very quickly. I would stay here again. "
