Two convenient studio apartments situated next door to each other within the same building in Shoreditch. Each studio has been tastefully finished and features a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living space, a bathroom, free WiFi, and all the essential amenities to enjoy a comfortable stay in vibrant area of London.
The Space:
The duo of studios sleeps 4 guests in total and have everything required to enjoy a comfortable stay in an enviable East London location, with great transport links right on your doorstep. The fully equipped kitchens have everything you need to cook at home, as well as teas and coffee provided for guests to use. The living spaces have a sofa, dining table and smart TV. There's a comfortable double bed in each made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as ample storage space. The modern bathrooms have a shower, and complimentary towels and toiletries are provided.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the studios during their stay.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in Shoreditch, a buzzing neighbourhood with a host of restaurants, bars, shops and coffee shops on your doorstep. Hoxton Overground Station is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment, and Old Street Underground is just 10 minutes walk away - both providing easy access to all parts of London. Whilst located on a quiet road, you are within a 5 minute walk of the the bars and clubs that Shoreditch is famed for, as well as a host of acclaimed restaurants. Both Brick Lane, and Spitalfields Market are within a 15 minute walk from the apartment. There is a Sainsbury's supermarket less than 5 minutes away.
Getting Around:
The local area has plenty of things to keep you busy, all within easy walking distance, with a number of shops, cafes and bars in the near vicinity as mentioned. Hoxton Overground Station is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment, and Old Street Underground is just 10 minutes walk away - both providing easy access to all parts of London. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the nearby main road.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to allow time for us to make necessary arrangements.
Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
