Tolles Hotel, ganz neu renoviert und dementsprechend in Top-Zustand, Dusche und Bett perfekt (das Bett im DZ ist allerdings sehr klein für 2 große Personen). Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, super Frühstück im Haupthaus und sympathisches Personal.

Great location close to many tourist attractions including museums and train stations. The hotel is an older building that has been renovated to a good standard. Our first room was below grade and we changed to a loft room which was nice but steeply sloping ceilings which restrict movement. There is no elevator and there were 52 stairs to our room. Staff were very friendly and the optional breakfast was good. Would recommend if you do t mind stairs.

I only stayed for a night while visiting friends in London but the day was surprisingly good. The staff were warm and friendly sky, check in was easy and uncomplicated. The rooms had recently been refurbished and everything was spotless. Perfect for a little city getaway.

Liked: the new clean decor, the helpful staff who carried my suitcase up narrow stairs to the 2nd floor. There was a great choice of nearby restaurants & shops. Bower House is a 5 min walk from Victoria Coach Sation & 15 min walk from Victoria Station & Tube. Didnt like: the steep narrow staircase (Original Victorian Staircase carpeted), no air-con for the hotter weather, long hairs found in the bathroom, the toilet had been used & not flushed. Overall the stay was perfect for my needs

The room was clean and well kept. The bathroom was fairly small but the staff was friendly. However, the first floor hallway did smell like algae from stagnant water which was a put off when entering. I traveled with a friend who had a room on the first floor and mine on the second floor. We checked and paid the same amount although her room was significantly larger than mine, she having at least a full size bed and mine having less than a twin size. You do have to ask for rooms to be refreshed or they won’t do it so I would suggest at least every other day.
