Rooms were clean. And everything described is accurate. My only issue is that the walls are thin so we could hear people upstairs and outside. It’s close to a metro station which is convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Apartment was very spacious and check in staff was great, however apartment was not very clean, poor maintenance of apartment such as broken and rusty baseboards broken flooring. Great potential for a beautiful property.

A estadia teve altos e baixos. À chegada estivemos cerca de 30 min à espera que nos entregassem a chave. Faltava uma toalha, que acabou por só ser entregue dois dias depois da chegada. Pela positiva, as camas e o sofá-cama eram bastante confortáveis e a casa estava limpa.

Property was not like the photos. Beds were rock hard, bathroom was full of mold and paint peeling off walls. We had an unwelcome person walk into our apartment without knocking while we were there. Apparently it was the maintenance man claiming there was a leak in our bathroom from the upstairs and claimed he was in our room earlier when we weren’t there. I started to question what he was doing opening our door and he started to get aggressive and ended up walking out. I immediately reported it to the contact person and they said they would “look into it” but I heard nothing back. Still no confirmation if the maintenance man was in our apartment earlier or why he walked in without knocking or messaging me to let me know there was a problem. We saw no leak from upstairs so question why he was in our apartment. Very concerning as he had a key and we had our valuables in the room. Thank god we were in our room when he entered. Would not recommend especially if you are a woman.

The apartment was just a 5-minute walk from the underground, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. There were plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, so I never had to go far for anything I needed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt comfortable, which made the stay even more relaxing. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were very responsive to my questions prior to checking in, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. It was a lovely stay overall, especially for a big family like ours. the space and location worked perfectly. One small suggestion would be to add some rugs, especially in the toilet, as that would make the space feel even more comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant and hassle-free stay. I’d happily return.

The property was not at all like the pictures and was very poor condition. Toilets didn’t flush shower, water barely worked, no soap for bathroom or sheets for fold out bed and when I asked for them they were very responsive through text but then would not come. So I waited hours for them to bring and then asked again and again for the same things. It was very loud working right outside our door and we were trying to sleep. It just was a very run down building. Not comfy at all. However they did have air conditioning and that was the one thing that made it bearable. So we did appreciate that. But when we went to leave the washer and dryer would not let our clothes go and door to it would not open. Finally again hr of trying we got our wet dirty clothes out. Very disappointing.
