Close to Kensington gardens, Hyde Park and the tube. The fourth floor stairs up to the rooms are narrow and steep, i recommend you call the hotel and try to get a first or second floor room if you have difficulty climbing stairs. Kind and helpful staff, good location, overall pretty good experience.

Very convenient hotel close to Paddington Station, restaurants and walkable to Hyde Park and Kensington area. For North American travelers you have to adjust your expectations if you book this hotel, yes it is small but European hotels are not the same as back home, this hotel is in a historic building which was converted to a hotel. I highly recommend booking the hop on hop off bus which conveniently picks up at the end of the street, the hotel booked it for us. We walked to Hyde Park and to Harrods, used an Uber to get back as we were tired! On our last day we walked to Little Venice and had a nice breakfast at Paddington Arms pub. Overall a great stay, the gentleman who was working on May 27 and 28 was very helpful the lady was not so much. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day which was very convenient before our train to next destination. This hotel is a good option for budget travelers and for those who want a good clean place to sleep while visiting London for a couple of days. We only slept there as all three days we were out enjoying London!

It was on par with a hostel rather than hotel. Lots of repairs need attention: shower head, TV remote, shower drain, window lock, wood & paint, etc. The room itself was in poor condition. The staff was great and very polite. The lobby was cute and the location was excellent.

Room smelled a little of damp. No elevators. Appeal is the hotels location to public transport and London tourist attractions. Hotel okay for just a few days and on a budget.

Property is OK for the price. Room was very small, with a single bed. ( couldn't fit a double in). Breakfast was included which was good. 3 mins walking to the train station. But no lift, and narrow stairs. 4 floors was a long way up with a suitcase.

This property is in the middle of everything. There are many attractions nearby. The park outside the front door is a nice place to spend time when you need space from travel companions. The room is small but cozy and comfortable. The bathrooms are tiny but efficient. Breakfast was okay. Nothing special but convenient. I would definitely stay here again. Not fancy, but nice enough if you want to see London on a budget.
