Although it was in a great location and close to the underground, I had many issues with this stay that I cannot give it more than 1 star. To start off, I stayed for 7 days. I try to conserve how many times I ask for my room to be cleaned. You have to go to the front desk to ask for a room clean. I asked three times and no one ever cleaned my room. I asked at least for more towels and was told there was a shortage, so I had to reuse my towels for 3 days straight! In the 7 days and 4 times I requested a room clean, it was only done ONCE after a manager got involved. Also, if your room is too hot or too cold, you also have to go to the front desk to request this temperature change. Some times, the desk attendant was not even present in the mornings when I would leave. It is cheaper, but I cannot justify the price for the location when there are a ton of other hotels for decent prices in this area. I will never stay here again.

Das Personal war sehr höflich. Das Frühstück war gut, aber sehr wenig Auswahl. Hygiene wird hier leider nicht groß geschrieben, auch das Möbelar ist heruntergekommen. Sehr kleines Zimmer aber es reicht für ein langes Wochenende aus. Wurden am letzten Tag von Zwiebelgeruch aus der Klima geweckt, dies stammt anscheinend vom Nachbarhotel. Dafür gab es ein kostenloses Frühstück als Entschädigung.

Schönes Hotel ABER das Frühstück war leider nicht so gut. Es gab zum Frühstück nur süß Speisen und nichts Herzhaftes. Das was es gab hat an sich relativ gut geschmeckt. Croissants, Toast mit Nutella oder Marmelade, Pancakes aber leider nur mit Tiefkühlfrüchten (so hat es zumindest geschmeckt). Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das Personal war weites gehend auch immer sehr freundlich.

This was a very nice hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights. It was clean, small but perfect, and the staff was very very nice, always happy and very sweet. If you need anything they will make sure to help you the best they can. Breakfast was “small” but enough and enough variation. The hotel’s location was also very good, next to the st james station. We had a really good time and for sure will be coming here again when we go to London again. I would definitely reccomend the hotel!

If you are a minimalist and travel light and travel alone, this place is for you. If you checked a bag and plan on staying here for longer than a week and you are traveling with someone, look elsewhere. The rooms are very, very small. The bed takes up most of the floor space. There are NO shelves to place any personal items (including the bathroom). And the “closet” is only big enough to hang 4 shirts / jackets. The staff is very young (20-ish) and very inexperienced. It took 3 requests to have our room serviced. Location wise, it is walking distance from St James Station and convenient to get where you want to go around town. But there are better options. Stay here if you like cozy places with nowhere to hang your clothes.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine sehr gute Lage. Die Ubahn St.James war sofort um die Ecke. Sowie Westminster und BigBen. Personal sehr nett und immer da. Einrichtung im Essraum gemütlich aber teilweise sollten die Polster erneuert werden. Gut die Idee mit Happy Hour von 17-19 Uhr. Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Alles in allem aber eine empfehlenswerte Einrichtung für Städtetouren.👍
