Stayed only one night but I wish it was longer. I will definitely book here again. The hotel was perfection-beautiful and classic and clean. Location was quiet street-neighborhood feel street with walkable pubs and shops. One note on the hotel was that there is no elevator-so if you have large luggage that maybe a challenge. We were here on a girls trip and I forgot that it did not have an elevator-staff was very welcoming and accommodating that they put us on the ground level! Highly recommend this hotel-will be staying here again!
For someone that looking for a boutique experience stay and not a fancy hotel experience, is the best choice to make. Staff is friendly and place is clean and comfortable .
Very nice boutique hotel, great service. Lovely courtyard and looked like a nice restaurant. Loved the location, super convenient to Victoria and loads of cafe’s, restaurants and grocery stores around. Room was a bit too warm for me and load due to street noise
Lovely spot in Belgravia, near Victoria station and about 20min walk to Buckingham Palace. I had a single room in the attic with a cute little bathroom - it had everything I needed. There’s a specialty shop B&S across the street for well priced salads and to go items. The Buttery is perfect for breakfast! It’s very central and was perfect for my 2 nights.
Amazing boutique hotel! It's very cute with cozy decor. My room looked newly remodeled. The staff was very kind and helpful. As in many places in Europe, there was no AC or lift. However, the staff was very accommodating and offered to carry my bags up the stairs. I didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant, but it looked nice and was very busy. It was in a great location and was very walkable to many restaurants and shops. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.
This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home and looked after. Only caveats are that the rooms are small and that it being a gorgeous old building, it doesn't have a lift/elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or issues with stairs, ask for ground floor rooms.
Overall lovely hotel. Cosy double was very cosy but perfect for a short one night stay. Very clean and nice decor. Only faults were the mattress was quite hard for my liking and the curtains were ripped.
Thoughtful staff and cozy rooms surrounded by a wonderful neighborhood to enjoy. Lovely restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Great coffee at The Buttery.
All great except you need to check out at 10:30 and can’t use your laptop downstairs from 11am onwards so can be complicated if you are staying there during a business trip

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Although the property was well-maintained. But basic features like lift, air conditioner, fridge, in room service was missing.
I really wanted to like this boutique hotel, but I am struggling. Its not the lack of elevator, lack of hot water in the morning, lack of iron in the room, 10.30am check-out (really?!) etc., BUT the inexperienced front desk staff, their communication style, lack of proactiveness, lack of smile (Hello, you work in a hotel!!) makes me not want to go back.
When I raised my concerns to the day manager - he wasn't rude or anything, but he said this hotel may not be for me!! Right there, he lost me. He lost the opportunity to make me feel good with all its shortcomings.
Owners should hire staff that are more empathetic, proactive and make guest feel welcome.
