Great clean and affordable room. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Heating did not work which was sad and they didn't have a toiletries kit which was the main reason I chose a hotel not a service apartment.

This Hotel, offers fantastic rooms for the price!! Private parking which is fantastic!! Spacious and clean rooms. Great hosts at reception. I stayed in the Annex, its quirky concept to have the other part of the hotel across the road. But I wasn’t bothered by that. I couldn’t fault my stay. It was perfect from start to finish!!

The place has parking for free which is great. The location isn’t amazing and is placed in an area I wouldn’t recommend walking around too late at night in. The room had dust all down the side of the bed which wasn’t great. Otherwise the staff are lovely and helpful. I personally wouldn’t stay again, but for the price and convenience of the free car parking it’s not terrible, just the location and room quality that let this place down.

Stayed at the Prince Regent Hotel Excel London and it was a solid choice. The hotel has its own gated on-site car park, which felt secure and was very convenient for coming and going. For London, the price was excellent value for money, especially with parking included. The staff were particularly helpful—friendly at check-in, quick to answer questions, and accommodating with late parking after checkout. Rooms were clean and functional, and the location is just a short walk to ExCeL and the DLR. Would happily stay again
