It is in a great location, near many London attractions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good place for solo travelers or a quick trip!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights and the property was easily accessible from Victoria square train station (walkable). The bedroom was bare minimum (bedroom, bathroom) which is all that was needed as we were exploring London most of the time. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. When welcomed the staff were absolutely lovely! Would definitely attend again, thankyou!

You get what you pay for. Small, friendly and clean. Its basically a good bed for short trips to London.

The staff was nice, the location was ideal walking to tourist locations but it was definitely just a place to lay your head, the dimensions and photos pf the bathroom were WAY off! It was extremely hard to shower or do anything in the bathroom. I am sorry that this review needs to be mentioned but I hope this helps others when considering to book here.

Cannot fault the staff or the cleanliness - I was a little surprised at the arrangement - the toilet and hand basin were in the room - but the shower ( sole use) was downstairs. It was seriously one of the tiniest toilets and showers I have ever had. My sons - all over 6 foot - would not have fitted in them.
Size of en-suite toilet - at 5’3” I couldn’t get my hand down from knee to door
UK size 5 shoe - heel to wall - the gap at the side of the bed was smaller

I had a great stay for one night in a double room. The room was quite small and simple but that was perfectly fine for me since I didn’t stay there long. The location is very convenient near Victoria station and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Apparently there’s a new owner now, so things are run a bit differently than before. The room was perfectly clean and although my shower was located outside of my room, one floor below, apparently I was the only one using it and it was no problem for me. I still had a toilet and sink in my room which was convenient. Overall a good value for your money!

Super-helpful host. The only recommendations we have would be to add a couple of wall hooks for people to hang toiletry bags/purse, etc.. ultra comfy bed and superb host/owner.

Very close to train station and easy walking distance to most places around. 20 mins walk to Buckingham palace. Host was very cooperative and helpful Parking is an issue if you have vehicle. It’s free street parking after 6.30pm until 8.30am No garage around.

room was too small,especially if 2 people occupied it. toilet far too small and couldn't close the door could have done with a bedside table or cabinet as there was no room to lay out anything, ie, phone water bottle .no bedside lamp. shower was far too small and had no shelf or hooks to place toietries or clothes. manager was very nice and polite, otherwise!!!!
