Couldn’t fault the basic room for the price paid. Small but well designed, with everything you could need, and extremely well located. Also, unexpectedly quiet! Very friendly, helpful staff. Recommended for a budget stay in central London.

Small room but it was just a one night stay so all that was needed was a bed and a bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Ten minute walk from Victoria tube station. Pub on the same road, few restaurants close by. Local to both the palace and Apollo.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights and the property was easily accessible from Victoria square train station (walkable). The bedroom was bare minimum (bedroom, bathroom) which is all that was needed as we were exploring London most of the time. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. When welcomed the staff were absolutely lovely! Would definitely attend again, thankyou!

It was a clean, comfortable bed however, no hot water one morning. Small room, stud partitioned walls which propagate sound between rooms and corridor, old squeaky floorboard floors and an unwatchable tv which is positioned exactly where the room light reflects directly in the centre of the screen. The worst bit was though in Room 4, a boxed in stench pipe in the corner by the top of the bed from the toilet upstairs about 20cm from the pillow. It’s impossible not to infer the liquid content or stool texture of what just passed, due to every flush whizzing just cm past your face. Enjoy.

The staff was nice, the location was ideal walking to tourist locations but it was definitely just a place to lay your head, the dimensions and photos pf the bathroom were WAY off! It was extremely hard to shower or do anything in the bathroom. I am sorry that this review needs to be mentioned but I hope this helps others when considering to book here.

Cannot fault the staff or the cleanliness - I was a little surprised at the arrangement - the toilet and hand basin were in the room - but the shower ( sole use) was downstairs. It was seriously one of the tiniest toilets and showers I have ever had. My sons - all over 6 foot - would not have fitted in them.
Size of en-suite toilet - at 5’3” I couldn’t get my hand down from knee to door
UK size 5 shoe - heel to wall - the gap at the side of the bed was smaller

I had a great stay for one night in a double room. The room was quite small and simple but that was perfectly fine for me since I didn’t stay there long. The location is very convenient near Victoria station and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Apparently there’s a new owner now, so things are run a bit differently than before. The room was perfectly clean and although my shower was located outside of my room, one floor below, apparently I was the only one using it and it was no problem for me. I still had a toilet and sink in my room which was convenient. Overall a good value for your money!

The room was clean but that's it. I knew it was budget - but keep that in mind when you book - there are similar priced options that are better. No phone number available to call to let them know I would be late. This almost turned into a disaster as they close the doors at 11 and you cannot get in.
