A bright, clean, modern and very comfortable 1 bedroom flat on the second floor of an award winning purpose built block.
The property is a lateral flat, which is accessed from the floor above. The stairs bisect the living space, with the large bedroom to the rear and the lounge at the front. The kitchen and bathroom are accessed from the lounge.

This central London apartment is a minute away from Pimlico tube station and 12 minutes walk from Victoria Station .


Perfect for those looking for somewhere quiet and centrally located to relax and unwind.


GETTING HERE
No matter which airport or train station you use to arrive in London, there is always an easy way to get to me. Just let me know in advance and I will tell you how. If there is anything else you need to know before you book, please do not hesitate to contact me. Full contact details and directions to the flat are included in your itinerary which is available once your booking is confirmed.

We always meet our guests to hand over the keys, walk guests through the flat and answer any queries as well as provide an overview of local amenities.
Neighborhood overview

Pimlico is a predominantly residential area located in the heart of central London. There is a good selection of local shops and bars and many iconic tourist sights and attractions are within easy walking distance or a short bus ride from the flat.

Getting around
Public transport in London can be expensive. I suggest that you get an Oyster or Travel Card when you arrive as it makes travel easier and cheaper.
The Travel Card gives you 2 for 1 entry at many popular attractions. You can buy one at railway and tube stations and at some news agents. Travel Cards also give you 2 for 1 entrance to many attractions. See Transport for London's web site for more details.

Apartment has a great location, very close to the Pimlico station. Home was clean, Liz was there to greet us at our arranged time. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Only downside was the bed was lumpy and not very comfortable.

This was our second year staying at this rental, and we were again delighted with living there. The Pimlico-Tachbrook Street area is friendly, and full of helpful amenities. Having lived in London in my student days, I still have close friends living nearby, and they, too, find this flat an excellent choice in Central London. We hope to return!

Property switched last minute

Kind of unfair to review this specific property because we didn’t end up staying here. Last minute we got moved to a different place because of an issue with this apartment listed. The new place was excruciatingly tiny and freezing. Didn’t complain during our stay because we used it as a crash pad and didn’t spend much time there. The place was a 5 minute walk to the Victoria tube stop so it was very convenient.

APARTMENT SWITCH

Due to unknown circumstances we went to an entirely different apt. It was ok. Extremely small kitchen, bathroom. Flushing the toilet was a problem. There was a light out. The good news was it was very quiet, especially since it was facing the street. I don't think I'd use this management co again.

Great position right opposite Pimlico Tube Station. Considering the age of the property the accommodation was good. Nice kitchen. Good bathroom. Good bedroom, lounge and dining area. Washing machine worked although dryer didn’t. Cockroaches inside (but not many), lots outside front door and pathway at night. Key did not fit properly and took a lot of jiggling, sometimes up to five minutes, to get it in lock properly. Team member, who was contact point, was the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. As a result of the foregoing I decided to vacate before my departure date. Absolutely would not recommend this place. Very disappointed especially as I never got a response to an email sent to the company explaining my experience.

Appartement situé en face de la station de métro Pimlico. Ideal pour les visites. Quartier calme. Jolie terasse fleurie commune. Liz qui nous a accueilli et a attendu malgré 2 h de retard de notre avion et une pluie diluvienne. Appartement spacieux, propre et joliment décoré. Salle de bain nickel. Présence d'un lave linge, sèche-cheveux, ventilateur et fer à repasser. Les points negatifs sont: la qualité de la literie, l'humidité et quelques désagréments avec des insectes rampants, une bombe insectiside nous a été fournie.

Very nice location

We really enjoy staying there for the proximity of the City and Tube. You can walk to the major attraction and if you want to take the Tube, Pimlico station is accross the street. We also appreciate the number of restaurants and pubs around the appartment. The appartment was clean. We recommend this appartment if you want to be close to the City for activities but come back at the end of the day to spend time in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to cafe and breakfast as well.

Roaches and Water Leak

The apartment had a water leak right before we arrived that we were not informed about. The property manager had a dehumidifier going and stated she was going to come in each day to check on in but would call or text before entering each day. I never received any communication from her. The property also had a bad roach problem.

This is a great, simple stay in the heart of London. It has all you need and is steps from the train station. Only 4 stars because our representative from the rental company was pretty rude to us multiple times. Overall, it’s a great place to crash after a long day exploring London!

Pleasant Pimlico

We loved our stay in this delightful flat! It was beyond our expectations in terms of offering everything we needed to enjoy twelve days in London. We were very pleased with the storage available and the functioning washer/dryer in the bathroom. We also enjoyed cooking simple meals in the kitchen and being directly across the street from the Pimlico tube station. Also, the flat was remarkably quiet for being in central London. Nice spacious place, great location

We stayed here for two weeks for work and it was a very nice appartment for us. The location is great, the place is spacious and has everything you need. When it was really cold outside it was a bit harder to keep the place warm, but overall we would really recommend this and return again ourselves.

Christmas Get-a-way

My sister and I stayed at this property during our visit to London and Scotland. It was great to have a few days in a home vs. the hotels we had been in. The home was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of London in a quant neighborhood. It had all the amenities that we needed to finish out our stay in London. I really liked that we were secure by 2 gated entrances to the complex- we definitely felt safe! There are a couple of pubs within a couple minutes walking distance and if you ride the tube, Pimlico Station is literally right across the street, so convenient! Would stay here again!

Great spot

Everything about this apartment was fine. It was very clean and nicely decorated. WiFi worked great, and bed was comfortable. Very quiet, too. Tube station across the street counterbalanced the lengthy walk north to Trafalgar Square and Chelsea shopping. There are several good breakfast spots nearby for pastries, etc.

So convenient because of Pimlico Station Tube

Loved: 1, 2, 3; Cozy and in a great location. Appreciated how easy it was to go anywhere by Tube or bus. And a neighbor has made a lush roof-top garden to walk through on the way to the front door. 4, 5, 6: Code-protected security at the gate and the elevator gate. Small markets nearby for produce, etc. About eight blocks away: grocery stores. 7, 8: Comfortable bed in small alcove by the radiator (so nice in cold weather). Plenty of room for luggage and hanging things. 9, 10: Television has Netflix and comfortable sofa for two. Kitchen has extras: kettle, toaster, microwave, and oven. You are set to cook. 11. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Didn’t love: 1. Allergic to fragrance or have asthma? Multiple scented oil devices, heavy dryer sheet smells, fragrance sticks. Bagged latter, washed towels twice. I am allergic to many fragrances. Had to air out the place though it was cold. Nerve-racking to arrive overseas and not be sure you can stay because of your health yet already paid in full. 2. Dining room table is a desk turned sideways and not centered divider underneath = one person keeps banging their knees. Small issues: 3, Socks are very slippery on the floor and stairs. Would be great if house slippers or flip flops were allowed 4. Wi-Fi password in the manual is incorrect - check the router. Please update. 5. Check in person suggested: don’t use the washer-dryer; if locked out & clothes stuck, they don’t work weekends.
