Pros: This hotel has a great location. You can walk to most locations within 30 minutes. If that’s too far off a walk, you have an abundance of e-bikes and e-scooters available all around the area. They have a free continental breakfast you can take advantage of in the morning before you head out on your exploration journey. Con: The hotel lobby isn’t 24 hours. They close from midnight to 7am. If you don’t make it by then, there is no one available to check you in. I didn’t ask if they have a number you can call if you come in with those hours, so it would be in the best interest to have a back up plan or contact the hotel to see if arrangements can be made. Not all rooms have A/C. If you want a room with A/C make sure to ask the hotel clerk about it when checking in. Although the time of year right now ( mid August) the room without A/C wasn’t to bad as long as you had the windows open. There were periods of high humidity, but it was tolerable. And if you’re out sightseeing during the day, it really has no effect. We didn’t get back in until 8pm, so the day and the room was cool enough. Overall it’s was a great experience and my daughter and I enjoyed it.

The room was very, very small and not what I booked from the picture I saw. Super hot with no air conditioning in the room. Cute building, nice staff, but just not what we expected.

This hotel is pretty simple. The staff are friendly and helpful. We walked back from Buckingham Palace and it was a nice walk.

Room was small but nice. No air conditioning but cooled off during the evening. Great clean bathroom. Staff was great in every way. Some construction in the area.

very accessible to underground tube and not too far from london center if you like walking. complete essential gadgets,i. e.flat iron with stand, fridge/freezer, kettle etc...are in the room. very frriendly staff and breakfast is very nice. I personally like the shower and toilet room as it's very spacious.

It was centrally located for where we going, bed matress wasnt great, and bed did creak a bit loved the artwork in the hotel, had lots of info you could obtain, overall it wasnt a bad stay

Le personnel est très gentil et présent. Plusieurs choses étaient fournis à boire et manger. On a beaucoup sauvé sur l’achat de bouteilles d’eau parce que c’était à volonté à l’hôtel. Très propre et tranquille on a bien dormi.
