Great location to the train station and Hyde Park. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. What we didn’t like was the thin walls and our room was under the lobby so we heard all foot traffic and roller bags coming and going. We were also basement level and there was a musty smell. Perfect if you are looking for a no frills stay for a decent price.

Not at all what I was picturing based on the pictures when I booked it. Floor was gross carpet with some stains, bathroom kept smelling like sewage. Based on the pictures when I booked I expected it to be much nicer. It was fairly clean and safe area. Was just deceived as it’s not what I thought I was booking otherwise it was a okay hotel and felt safe here

Good enough

When we arrived our window lock was broken and I refused to sleep in the room as it was unsafe as I am a young solo female traveler. The receptionist at first didn’t understand what the issue was, and said there was nothing he could do about it and there was nothing else available, then suddenly there was another room to stay in for the night. The room was very small, and I felt like the pictures were a bit deceiving. The room was clean and the cleaners were very nice and accommodating.

The property seems being renovated but they do really need a proper operation training. The staffs were so miscommunicated and confused from Check in to the check out. But overall i enjoyed my stay due to the location

Renovated floor, I think, so very clean and new. Drain in bathroom was not very efficent, and the room was extremely hot, even though there was a rather big fan. A stay for five days with kids was suitable for us three. Location is supernice- park a few steps away. Friendly staff. Very good price for clean and neat hotel!

Close to Paddington station. Great location. Room is clean. Staff very helpful. My flight arrived early and departed late. They were able to store my luggage for both early arrival and late departure. Will stay again.
