The property we originally arranged was sold 3 days prior to arrival so Flyp Homes offered an alternative, this review is about the replacement apartment. The apartment issues: Dirty carpeting at common entry stairs. Tiny shower. Rugs on top of carpet hiding stains and causing trip hazards. Multiple electrical and plumbing shortcomings. None of these issues were forwarded to host, we simply made the best of it. Host issues:Key pickup was a 15 minute one way walk, and none of the many keys we picked up fit the main outer door. Host insists on 300 damage deposit outside of VRBO. Host insists on a selfie pic (of each guest) including passport photo (of each guest). With ID theft rampant on the Internet I was reluctant to provide this, but this host insisted, would not confirm without it, after payment was made. I give them credit for finding an alternative apartment for us… in a very nice neighborhood. They sent someone with the correct keys after a few hours on a Sunday, much appreciated.
