The location of The Warwick was ideal for our needs with the train station and Hop-On/Off close by, along with the necessary stores and restaurants. The room is small so be prepared to not expect a lot of storage room for bags and/ or toiletries. Easy to get to and get into with the instructions provided in advance. I also appreciated the daily check-ins from Nestor to ensure I knew how to reach out with any requests.

Absolutely acceptable as a place to get my head down whilst I was in London for two nights on business. Room was acceptable though a few signs of general wear and tear. Room had no kettle, only a coffee machine. This is the UK, ability to be able to make a cup of tea is essential!

The location was fantastic and the room was fairly comfortable. Unfortunately, it was not well maintained, The sink leaked from multiple places and we arrived to find a large puddle on the floor. The carpet was worn, furniture shabby, blinds splattered with mystery stains and shower curtain was moldy. The complete lack of any place to hang a towel in the bathroom was baffling.

It was a nice place in a great location The room was clean but there was partial unpainted wall and furnishings were a bit shabby. Bed was comfortable. The hair drier didn’t work we were there for 3 nights and never got any cleaning or even fresh towels. There were no towel racks.

The staff was great when we arrived our code wasn't working since we were early but one of the workers let us in with their code so we didn't have to wait out on the street. It's in a great neighborhood too we ran into trouble when we needed a room clean when I booked I misunderstood that you would get 1 complimentary clean in the first 2 weeks but actually you get 1 complimentary clean after 2 weeks if you want a clean before then you have to pay extra including getting additional towels. We also had a maintenance issue in our room where we kept having a swarm of fruit flies. We ended up going to the local sainsburys to get some fly spray and sprayed down the room every couple of days because they kept returning. When mentioning these issues the flies weren't addressed and I was corrected on the clean. Also while we were there we got sick and we're dealing with that in a cold room we asked if there was a way to turn on heating but they advised it was only controlled in the whole building not in each room so there was no way to get heat other than turning turning off the AC unit at the plug even then we had a basement room and it was still getting cold at night. The room size was great and the shower was nice but with all the other issues had a terrible stay

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The conditions of the room were unacceptable. The shower had visible mold throughout, which is both disgusting and concerning from health standpoint. It was clear that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned or maintained for a long time.
