The location was excellent, and very quiet. Close to the marble Arch and shopping. House keeping was terrible. I'm not sure if the hotel had enough staff to clean the our room everyday, and when they attempted to clean the room they didn't replace the coffee, or dishes, and didn't empty the trash. We even left instructions with the front desk that the room needed to be clean, and we were assured that it would be clean by 6pm. Didn't happen. We stayed there 10 nights, they were more worried about new comers rather than long term hotel guest.

The hotel is in a great location very close to the tube and Kensington Park. It was easy to walk around to see many sites. The staff were very nice and helpful. And the room was a great size for solo travel. The bed was really comfortable as well. And the AC was perfect for escaping the weekend heat.

The double bed room was on the smaller side but was clean and had all the basic amenities. The Staff was great. They were very helpful and accommodating, especially Noor at the Front Desk/Reception who helped us out with our luggages when our Uber ride arrived.

The hotel is in a prime location, easily accessible by bus and train. Staff was friendly and the rooms were good - the floor carpets looked a little old and had some stains on it but overall a decent place to stay for the price.

Fabulous stay near Marble Arch. Friendly welcome by reception staff. Lovely spacious room which was so quiet & not overlooked. Air conditioning which was definitely needed in the heatwave. Super comfy beds & pillows. Full bathroom with large fluffy towels. No issue walking to the Cumberland next door for our very good breakfast. There is nothing we didn't like. All the staff were amazing. We will definitely stay here again .
