不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
This is by far the worst place we have ever booked. It looked nothing like the pictures. Carpets heavily soiled Toilet not fixed to the floor. Mattress filthy, chair filthy and broken. We have complained and booked somewhere else. Waiting for our complaint to be escalated and waiting for a full refund. This is not a housekeeping issue it's a host issue. No apology when I spoke to them just fobbed off. This place needs a complete refurb for the price they are charging. And they hold a massive deposit for breakages. Unbelievable
