Victoria/Pimlico Apartment

This centrally located apartment/flat is located just a few minutes walk to Victoria or Pimlico stations. A modern contemporary apartment, surrounded by cafes, gyms, restaurants, delicatessens, excellent bus routes around London, Shops (Zara, M&S, Waitrose and many other independent shops).

The property has a beautiful layout (and split across 3 level within the flat....reception and bedrooms level, dinning level and kitchen level....leading on to sliding doors and a private terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and more..

Check in - Before 6pm (3pm to 6pm). A small fee will be charged if checking in after 6pm).
Check out - 11am. Please also note there are two flight of stairs to the apartment.

Comfy, well resourced and centrally located

We had a great stay. The property had all we needed as a family of 4 for a stay of 10 days. The central location allowed easy access to transport and key sights etc. saving us time and hassle particularly at the end of the day. There was one minor issue but it was so well addressed it wasn't really a problem. Communication was a strength of the host throughout our stay. Being top floor the place can get warm during the day but the ability to open up doors and windows allowed that to be sorted out quickly.

Cute place, but

This is a cute flat in an excellent neighborhood. The owners are also very accommodating. That said, there are a few things to be aware of: NOISE: The upstairs neighbors are very noisy. They are constantly walking and moving things around. You can hear it all. WIFI: As mentioned in previous reviews, the WIFI is slow. It’s fine for checking email. But the TV runs through the WIFI and it is hard to watch anything. BED: The double bed is a futon and it is very hard. The twin beds also feel a bit flimsy.

A Pimlico Gem

What a wonderful stay for my wife, daughter and me. This flat is just lovely. Convenient to Victoria station and so much of central London. Clean and safe and well appointed. Comfortable beds, a great shower (plenty of hot water) and an excellent kitchen. Most importantly, the owners were most kind and responsive. They quickly answered any and all questions. Truly the best of hosts, and we are most grateful. We recommend this flat 100%.

This was our first time coming to London and the flat was absolutely amazing! It is a modern flat with a very well equipped kitchen and bathroom and overall lots more space than expected for a flat in this fantastic location. The host was lovely and always happy to help. We would definitely recommend staying here if what you‘re looking for is a nice flat in the heart of London!

A comfortable stay in Pimlico

The apartment was a good base for a week in London, an easy walk to the Victoria underground station. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom has a nice big shower stall. Couple of small things: there's no toaster in the kitchen and the sunlight streaming through the large back sliding doors and skylight really heated the place up, so we had to run both of the provided fans and open the doors to the small balcony to get some relief. There is some traffic noise audible from the bedrooms, but with earplugs not enough to disturb sleep.

Pimlico in April

Ama's little apartment was perfect for two. A queen and a twin bedroom, sitting room, kitchen, dining area and all amenities including washer. It's a perfect central area and the little street seems very well known to cabbies, but it's an easy walk to most of London's highights. Communication was great and all our needs very well met. Would recommend to visitors to London.

Great location

Overall it was a great stay. Location is convenient to many London sites. Could not rate it a 5 star because of the internet service. Do not expect to be able to work on your computer with the slow internet service. If that’s not a concern, this is a great property.

Perfect stay in Pimlico

This centrally located and well appointed flat near Victoria Station was perfect for our family of four. Many popular London destinations, theaters and restaurants are within walking distance. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and provided everything we needed for our stay. We were especially grateful for the extra converters, adapters and cords for our electronic devices!

Good location and responsive host

The apartment is as-advertised and fit our needs well. Very clean and kitchen has any gadgets we needed. Good location with grocery stores and restaurants nearby and public transportation at Victoria Station just down the street. The host responded immediately whenever I texted. We did have a small problem with the washing machine and she had someone come that day to look at it. I should mention that you need to be OK with stairs, which was fine for us but may be a problem for some people. Also, the bedrooms are facing a street that has cars going by all night which some may find bothersome. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this apartment.

Stay in London

We had a very nice stay at the flat. It was very clean, comfortably furnished and located in a good neighborhood with nice grocery stores and fun shops nearby. The flat was also an easy walk to Victoria Station, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben, and Buckingham Palace. One downside was we were there during a heat wave. The flat isn’t air conditioned and the two fans in the unit weren’t sufficient to cool it down, particularly as the bedroom windows don’t operate. Also, we had a few issues with the hot water heater but Ama responded quickly to take care of it. If my travels bring me back to London, I’d love to stay here again!

Fit our needs perfectly!

The flat was as advertised…super clean and the location to Victoria Underground was within walking distance and super convenient! Ama was so accommodating and responsive for our check-in process, when our original flight was cancelled having us arrive a day later than expected and our rescheduled flight was delayed. Lastly, the recommendation for the Warwick Pub around the corner from the flat was a favorite!

Westminster East of Victoria Station

The location was perfect. Walking distance to Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. Convenient access to all attractions anywhere in London via multiple transportation options. The neighbor offered plenty of options for eating and markets. The host was very helpful in orienting us to the area and London in general. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cute loft in a great neighborhood

This was a modern and lovely flat in a fun but sleepy neighborhood. The unit was clean and perfect for two+ guests. Heads up, it's a third floor walk up so if you have heavy suitcases, be prepared to do some lifting. Ama was super responsive leading up to and during our stay.
