satisfactory room but there are spiders

Considering the relative low price range as compared to other London hotels near the city centre, the facilities in the room are satisfactory and the rooms are quite clean inside. However, the cleanliness outside the room must be substantially improved. There are spiders webs on top of my room's door. Once, I saw a spider hanging in front of me when I opened the door. One night, I also saw 4 spiders on the webs near my door. I also killed one spider inside my room. To be honest, it was quite frightening and frustrating. For the location, it is quite good as it takes less than 10mins bus to reach Stratford train/underground station, where the huge and famous shopping mall-Westfield Stratford City is located.

Not satisfactory customer services and dirty room. But good at location and transportation link if you choice in and out from strafford station. It takes around 10-15 min by walk.

Basic/OK.

First of all, the image of the lobby is not the lobby you are greeted with at this hotel. The actual lobby is more like a police station or a Citizens Advice Bureau. So to post a photo of a reception with plush furniture and fresh flowers, is simply false advertising. The reception staff is rude-ish and disinterested. The room itself was fine, classic motel layout, bed was clean, but the actual bed cover felt old and a bit grubby. The carpet was nasty. Bathroom was nice and clean. Would have been nice with a bedside lamp. Breakfast was ultra basic and practically inedible. Fine for a 3 night budget stay. No frills whatsoever.

The hotel is ok the room was clean and room was looked after ie new towels beds made tv did not work and fan only worked after i put in new batteries breakfast ok did not eat sausage has i had seen them stored in a container on the window shelf in kitchen the night befoe so not too sure they were what was on my plate amusing notice 1 egg 1 bacon 1 sausage and beans a bit skimpy milk was in a 2liter container it came in and was full fat only overall ok but would not run back one good note the guy on reception was pleasent and was helpfull the surrounding area was a little enlightning not sure if walking round after dark would be safe if on your own but thats not an issue for the hotel it is were it is overall ok.
