“Room was specious and the kitchen was a plus the buffet breakfast was great”

“Jay at the front desk was rather rude when telling me that they were “sold out” I then proceeded to book on Expedia and when I came back to approach the desk I mentioned “I thought you were sold out” ”

“Bed bugs! Everything about this hotel was great, except how they handled everything when I called to tell them, I woke up and found bedbugs in my bed. They said they were “on it”. We brought our items to the front and they said “yeah I can’t stand them” (referring to the bed bugs which made me believe this had happened before) and a manager would call later to discuss everything. We left the hotel and they called hours later. I asked how they can refund me for the laundering that we now had to……

“Didn't use laundry service. Lots of shops nearby, and restaurants. Was extremely disappointed that they didn't tell us they didn't have any internet services. This included this tv services in room as well, no Netflix or You tubeTV as promised. They should have told us upon check in, but no. They let me check in and preceding to log in and on to tv and phone. Then the phone in room wouldn't connect to Front Desk when you hit the key on phone! So, I had to look up number to hotel and call front……

“Very close to several restaurants and the mall is close as well. Golf course is within 15 mins ”

“We were given a beautiful upgrade to a very bright room with double windows. Enjoyable stay.”

“Place was nice and quiet, a street away from the town hall, and walkable to the historic districts. Staff are friendly and nice, room was spacious. ”

“The B&B website and other on-line links claims "...excellent breakfast" and "the best breakfast in Annapolis". What was served were mini grocery store bought pastry, no fresh coffee, no juice, no plates, no one around. In addition, they state that for a large fee you can have valet parking on-site. There was no valet. I requested a refund for the valet parking and used that money to have a decent breakfast elsewhere. ”

“This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Our family has traveled quite extensively around the US and I've never been in a hotel that was so utterly disgusting to be in zero service and poor customer service. Find anywhere else to stay even if that means staying in your own car. The room itself had paint peeling off the ceiling with cracks on every wall. The floor was buckling from a poor installation, and there was rust on the front door hinges the bathroom hinges with paint……

“I would have given an excellent but there was still some renovations being done. Staff was great, rooms were beautiful and clean. Location is perfect and within walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants and bars. Their restaurant was currently closed for remodeling but guests can still get room service from the restaurant next door. ”
