“This home is beautiful. It is updated and clean. It is in a great area and had everything we needed. I only wish our stay was longer, it is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.”

“Melody is a great host with comfortable space at the basement level. There were a couple concerns that she explained & assured me would be addressed. It was only 20 minutes from the Cable Dahmer Arena, and that was my focus for the Chris Tomlin Holy Forever World Tour. Do prefer a more functional kitchen option. Did not use the shower or fireplace. The property could use a renovation update. Thank You Melody !”

“Host was very responsive and accomodating and place worked great for our needs. Would think summer options with pool and volleyball would make this a wonderful stay. Great location with peacefulness and space but close to convenience. It is the owners house, so it is more lived in than other rentals I have stayed at but that also led to a very well stocked kitchen. Other property was rented at same time but had absolutely no awareness of it (noise/parking etc) Thanks for bringing our family……

“Adorable home. Cutely decorated, centrally located. There were 3 of us, for a week and it worked perfectly. Plenty of beds, plenty of space. Communication was fast and easy. Would stay again when back in area. Only complaint is needs a good clean. Dishes in cupboard were dirty, found garbage under couch, food on walls.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Rays Place overall. The inside looks to have been recently updated and it was nice and clean throughout. However, much of the kitchen pans and cooking ware were old and not usable. There was not extra toilet paper in the house, the heating which were a few wall units did not keep the house warm, and there were no trash bins to put the trash bags in. The vrbo site said there was soap provided but the clothes soap container was almost empty and there was not soap in the……

“Our family of four stayed at Oak Haven for 6 nights to visit families. The property looked just like the photos and very spacious for us. The WiFi worked well and husband and I were able to work and had zoom meetings without any problems. Each of my kids have their own room. There is a king bed, a desk and a chair, and a TV in each room. We found it convenient to have usb outlets everywhere in the property. We enjoyed the games available and the complementary coffee. It may be a good idea to leave a few more coffee pods. We felt the floors and bathroom needed a deep cleaning.
