“The woman was super nice and helpful but I just have to say the rooms where awful I was terrified of there being bedbugs it was so nasty, there was no toilet paper and no shower curtain and dead bugs huge cockroaches left inside the room. The first original room I was given there was an A/C taken apart in the middle of the room and trash everywhere. ”

“The photos are a bit enhanced vs the actual room. So glad we booked an oceanfront room though! Otherwise, it would also be nice to have beach chairs to borrow at no charge included in the charge. Overall, staff was amazing and made everything enjoyable”

“Was not very happy with the kitchen supplies they gave you one sauce pan, one fry pan and one cookie sheet you need more than one fry pan in a kitchen and then they only gave you four forks and four knives and four spoons so if you use any of that silverware to cook with, you’ve got to clean it before you can eat with it they give you the very minimum to get by with and if you want towels, you have to go to the desk to get them. They should be provided at your room every day by the maid then……

“The room was clean and very nice with a large refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave. There were utensils and plates, cups, etc. Even though it is listed as a beach view, it is not directly on the beach. Having a balcony is nice, but if you want to really see the ocean, you need to get on the top floor. However, beach access is an easy walk across the street and a small parking lot. Worth it for the lovely room and price. Also, there is no elevator, so be prepared for steps on floors two……

“What I liked was the cleanliness of the room, some dislikes were that the sheets had smudges, perhaps pen marks or make- up. The ceilings were low and in the bathroom area I had to be conscious as I was showering not to touch them. The ceiling also needs minor repairs. No paper towels were provided, but there were plenty of towels for the kitchen and restroom. There was no dish soap, but dishwasher powder was provided. One each, for dishes and laundry. There were beach chairs in the laundry……

“The room was recently renovated and it was pretty clean. I enjoyed the beach view. I got a room with a kitchenette which was nice too. The sliding glass door was very hard to open. The bathroom could have used some type of hooks to hang towels and clothes, it would have been helpful if the kitchen are had more lighting. The staff were nice. There was no housekeeping the whole time we were there from Monday evening until Saturday morning which was very different disappointing. In the middle of……
