“new resort, amazing suite with private terrace and multiple bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Staff is wonderful and the manager is pure class, only wish the location was closer or on the beach. Also water pressure in showers is not great”

“Ok Expedia mis represented the room that I rented... I paid for a 2 bed room suite with ocean view ... I got one room with a king bed and other room with 2 beds, not what I paid for.. ocean view was not good at all on first floor, at least should have been second floor to see ocean... highly disappointed for what we paid”

“We had a wonderful stay in Turks and Caicos The hotel was Very Clean, and the Staff was Friendly and welcoming. A special Thank you to Sherman the bellboy, who provided outstanding service. The Bar amazing with Great Drinks and excellent costumer service. The beach was absolutely beautiful one of the best beaches. The only suggestion I have is to offer more activities and entertainment other than that Everything was fantastic and I would Definitely stay here again.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Ritz in Turks. The hotel itself was amazing. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Transportation was very easy with safe and available taxis that the bellman would call up. The pool and beach were all well staffed with servers. And the sushi bar and restaurant were excellent.”

“Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!”

“Great staff, always attentive and ready to help. The beach area is nice but it’s a few minutes walk from property that is not directly on the water. The view from our third floor was mostly construction but our room was comfortable and clean. Finally, the restaurant served delicious pizzas and one of the best giant shrimp risotto we’ve had.”

“Resort was beautiful and I would most definitely go back. I just didn’t like the food for the price but that’s okay because they’re good food places off property. My room was so beautiful I had a private pool over looking the ocean. The most wonderful site l’ve seen in a while. Everything else was great room clean and resort is up to date. I will recommend anyone to go here. You really would have to go experience for yourself because words wouldn’t explain how amazing my stay was.”
