  • Second floor, The kitchen/living room was renovated / furnished in 2017. All new bathrooms and bedrooms renovated in 2012. Unit sleeps a max of 6 people: 1 king, 1 twins, 1 full.
    Quaint, quiet, and the quality of a boutique resort, not the hassle, noise, the impersonal nature of a hotel. You will become part of our family, and we will look forward to your return year after year.
    When planning a trip to the beautiful Gulf Coast Beaches, stay with us. All of our private beautiful condominiums feature full kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms and a balcony or patio to enjoy. We offer pool and garden, gulf and gulf front beach views. Our property features a heated pool, shuffleboard court, full tennis court and an immaculate private, white sandy beach.

The host was welcoming with the facility staff providing very efficient support. The apartment is very well located with great views of the beach and ocean. The place was clean and cheerfully decorated. We were pleased with its amenities.

Fabulous Family Beach Vacation

It was magical! The beach was beautiful, the condo was clean and spacious with an unbelievably gorgeous view of the ocean, and the ocean was clear and perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. It was an absolutely delightful vacation spot!

This property’s location was awesome. The unit was clean….comfortable….beautiful views of the gulf.The bed was comfortable….the furniture was pretty good…kitchen could use more streamlined glassware…plates…etcOverall….a great stay and we would definitely return!!!

Great stay !

Best location on the property! Walk 50 feet and your in sand. Elevated on 2nd floor so you see some great sunsets and ocean views. Very nice condo unit, had all the extras you need for a great family beach stay. Highly recommend!

Longboat Paradise

Beautiful and peaceful property with the perfect view of the Gulf. The property managers were easy to contact and you couldn't ask for a more friendly staff. Hopefully, this unit is available to us next year.

Perfect spot

This unit had perfect ocean view and appointed with everything you needed and more. Sand Cay is the best place to stay on Longboat, as it does not have a stale and bland hotel feel. The private beach is exponentially less crowded than that of the neighbor beaches. We drove up and dowm longboat and Anna Maria and won't stay anywhere else next time but this unit at sand cay

Family get away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd stay at Sand Cay. We came last year with our children and grandchildren. We rented 3 condo’s up front and everyone had a great time. So we decided we would all come back this year and we rented 3 condo’s with the ocean view and again we were not disappointed. Great views and the condo’s we rented were done very well. We enjoy the beach and also the pool. My boys loved being able to grill out. They also have beach loungers so less stuff you have to bring. Also each unit has a little something for the beach and also some have a fishing rod. Your best bet is to get there no matter where you are staying first then decide what you truly need. And no matter where you stay there very short walk to beach.

The beach was the beach and hot for this time of year as expected. The only issue was the very loud music between two separate groups at the pool on the 27th.
