“The room is clean and cozy. Perfect for us (2 adults 2 kids). The location is quite good too. Few minutes taxi to old town. The only complain I had was that the water is too slow. ”

“Staff was amazing and so helpful. Dianna was wonderful!”

“Highly recommended place to stay if you visit Dubrovnik. Clean room, polite staff and comfortable. Great facilities and restaurants in the resort area. Frequent shuttle bus travelling between resort and old town Self Driving in Old town is restricted and hotel within old town not recommended ( tons of stairs awaiting you).”

“Great view, comfortable room and excellent breakfast ”

“On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. When I told the hostess, she assumed I was the one who broke it. Upon checkout, she asked me for €20 for the city tax, even though I had……

“During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant……

“We loved our stay at the Royal Princess Hotel. The staff was welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the hotel has amazing views from both the rooms and restaurants. There are great swimming areas with direct access to the Adriatic Sea, which we really enjoyed. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we’re already planning to stay there again the next time we’re in Dubrovnik.”

“Wonderful hotel. Warm greetings, amazing view. Got bus to old town right in front of hotel. Free parking. We enjoyed the buffet dinner, jacuzzi and sauna.”
